About Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon

Since 1965, the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon has empowered people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson Counties to build skills for independent living, work, and community life. It operates eight 24-hour residential homes and supported-living homes, provides job training and job coaching with 25+ local employers, and runs Possibilities Thrift Stores in Redmond and Madras and a coffee kiosk as on-the-job training sites. Since 2019 it has also carried on The Arc of Central Oregon, supporting families with resources and training.

Volunteering looks like
