Bend Women for Good

About Bend Women for Good
Bend giving circle founded in 2022 where women pool $100 each per quarter into a single, transformative gift to a local nonprofit chosen by member vote. With about 134 members, it has raised more than $130,000, and seeks to grow in a way that reflects the ethnic, generational, and socioeconomic diversity of the community.
Volunteering looks like
Members give $100 each quarter, nominate local nonprofits they care about, and vote at quarterly Gather & Grant events where three nonprofits present. Members also help grow the circle and host gatherings. Many say it's one of the best ways for women new to Bend to plug into the community.
