Volunteer opportunities in Central Oregon

YouthLine

About YouthLine

YouthLine is a free, confidential teen-to-teen crisis and help line, a program of Lines for Life, where trained teen volunteers support other young people by phone, text, and chat, with adult clinicians available around the clock.

Volunteering looks like

Teen volunteers are trained to answer YouthLine calls, texts, and chats, offering peer support to other youth with adult supervisors backing them up, and join outreach to spread the word in schools. Extensive training is provided.
