Pet Evacuation Team is a volunteer disaster-response group that rescues, shelters, and cares for pets and livestock during wildfires and other emergencies in Central Oregon, working with emergency services and the Red Cross to reunite animals with their families.

Volunteering looks like

Volunteers respond during wildfires and other disasters to shelter, care for, and reunite evacuated pets and livestock with their owners, working alongside Red Cross and county emergency services. Twice-yearly training required.
