About Leadership Redmond

Leadership Redmond is the Redmond Chamber of Commerce's program to educate and develop leaders for key decision-making roles in the community. Participants meet with local leaders to understand the issues and challenges facing Redmond and the region, and graduates go on to volunteer, serve on community boards and government commissions, and hold elected office.

Volunteering looks like

Apply to join a class of current and future community leaders. Participants meet with local leaders to learn the issues facing Redmond and the region, and build a network of past and current participants and community speakers. The program prepares people for volunteer roles, seats on community boards and government commissions and committees, and elected office.
