Volunteer opportunities in Central Oregon
Dry Canyon Arts Association
About Dry Canyon Arts Association
Dry Canyon Arts Association encourages art and culture in Redmond, bringing artists and the community together through exhibitions, education, events, and creative experiences. It runs the Dry Canyon Community Art Center and gallery in downtown Redmond, the First Friday Art Walk, art shows, and the Lend Me Your Walls program that hangs local art in area businesses.
Volunteering looks like
Volunteers join teams and committees that run the community art center: leading art exhibitions at local business venues, planning receptions and downtown events, hosting in the gallery (members only), public relations and community outreach, organizing art classes for kids and adults, and helping artists and visitors at the art shows.
