Volunteer opportunities in Central Oregon
Bristol Hospice
About Bristol Hospice
Bristol Hospice provides hospice and palliative care in Central Oregon, supporting patients with serious illness and their families with medical care, comfort, and emotional and spiritual support. Bristol is a for-profit hospice provider with a volunteer program open to the community.
Volunteering looks like
Hospice volunteers visit patients for companionship, give family caregivers a break, make weekly check-in phone calls, and help with office projects. Veteran volunteers can join the Vet to Vet program to sit with veteran patients. Schedules are flexible, often about two hours a week, with online training, a background check, and TB test provided.
