Volunteer opportunities in Bend, Oregon
Bend Roots
also known as Bend Roots Revival
About Bend Roots
Bend Roots is a volunteer-powered Central Oregon nonprofit that gives local musicians a place to play and brings music education to area students. Its flagship Bend Roots Revival is a free, family-friendly festival featuring more than 100 local acts across multiple stages in Bend's midtown corridor each September. It also runs the Bend Roots Music Camp, Church of Neil, and the Bend Roots Education Collective.
Volunteering looks like
The Revival is volunteer-powered, with shifts across three nonstop days. Volunteers help set up and tear down stages, lighting, and decor (skilled carpenters especially welcome), greet bands and festivalgoers, give directions, sell merchandise, check IDs, pour beer, and monitor alcohol. Sign up through the Bend Roots volunteer page.
