Bend Christmas Parade

About Bend Christmas Parade

Downtown Bend's holiday parade has filled the streets with lights, music, and floats for more than 40 years, winding from Harmon Boulevard through downtown to Drake Park each December. Anyone can enter. Since 2025 it has been produced by the Cascade Relays Foundation, which provides the structure and resources that keep this volunteer-powered tradition going.

Volunteering looks like

More than 100 volunteers make the parade happen each December: coordinating entries, managing the lineup, handling publicity and safety, writing announcer scripts, judging floats, and serving as marshals. Many have been part of it for decades. Use the Cascade Relays volunteer form and choose the Christmas Parade to get involved, or enter a float, walking group, or vehicle in the parade itself.
